Features for high school football and track & field staffs
Field House One gives a high school staff one place for the playbook, opponent film, game-day charting, practice planning and the weight room, on one roster, with one account per coach and athlete.
Playbook and Draw Board
- Draw routes, zones, man coverage, gaps, blocks, pulls and pre-snap motion. Presets lay down a formation or a coverage shell in one pick.
- Notes for players: each player's job, read and landmark on the play, saved with it.
- Matchups and snapshots: lay their call against ours and keep the picture.
- Scout cards: draw their play and turn it into study material.
- Every play has a number. The same number goes on the wristband, the call sheet and every report.
Film and scouting
- Import an opponent's offense or defense from a Hudl or XOS breakdown export (.xlsx or .csv). The columns are detected for you, and you confirm before anything is saved.
- Import your own film onto your own call sheet.
- Chart a snap by hand when there's no file.
- Film trades between programs: Field House One suggests the programs that have film on your next opponent.
Game day
- Offense and defense call sheets built from your playbook, grouped by highlighter color.
- Call the play by voice and the result after the snap. Correct it by voice too ("scratch that", "change the gain to seven").
- Drives: how each possession started and ended.
- Live everywhere: the other coordinator's page, the analytics and the post-game review update as plays are called.
Analytics
Tendencies by down, distance, field zone and hash. A field heat map of where an opponent's plays go. Situation value (expected points), and the run/pass equilibrium from a payoff matrix. Each tool shows its sample size and method. Football analytics
Practice
- Game-week practice plans with periods and both scripts, built from the opponent's tendencies, then printed as a PDF for the staff.
- Notes by voice during practice, reviewed afterwards by practice or by player.
- 1-on-1 drills (OL v DL and any you add) rated like chess: everyone starts at 1200.
Weight room (free)
- Programs by block, week, day and session, with loads as a percentage of each athlete's max, or weight, RPE, RIR or bodyweight. Type
4x5@75or5/3/1@75/85/95. - 300+ exercises built in; add your own.
- Rack tablets: enroll once with the team code, and athletes sign in with a PIN.
- A weight-room TV with today's session, leaders and PRs.
- Testing days, maxes, leaderboards, records, progress and attendance.
- The athlete app logs a set in two taps and keeps working with no signal.

Your school, your staff
- One school owns its teams. Coaches and athletes have one account across football, track and any other team.
- Head coaches invite assistants and decide what each can do. Only admins add players.
- Stand a football team up from its public MaxPreps roster and schedule.
Frequently asked questions
Does Field House One have an app for athletes?
Yes. Athletes log lifts and throws, see their practice plans and check the boards from a phone. It runs in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen. Sets logged with no signal are sent when signal returns.
Can assistants use it?
Yes. The head coach invites assistant and strength coaches and sets what each one can do.
Can one account cover football and track?
Yes. A coach or athlete on two teams has one account, and the menu changes with the team.
